• Work closely with principal field sales team to achieve monthly sales and activation targets.
• Service dealers in a pre-assigned territory on a scheduled call frequency (visitations) to achieve sales targets and ensure no out-of-stock.
• Manage total dealers in the territory – ensure dealers performing to requirements and recruit new dealers to expand products distribution.
• Ensure dealers staff are well trained in product and promotion knowledge to engage effectively with consumers.
• Implement merchandising point of sales material (POSM) according to planogram.
• Collect market intelligence and provide timely feedback to principal on competitor’s activities.
• Minimum SPM holder
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferably in the FMCG industry Familiarity with the Telecommunication industry would be an added advantage
• Able to converse in English & Bahasa Melayu
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage
• Able to work independently
• Possess own transport
