Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT support team in providing basic technical support services.
- Shadow experienced staff during on-site customer visits to learn procedures.
- Practice professional conduct and punctuality at all client locations.
- Learn and perform basic IT tasks including simple diagnostics, installations, and configurations under supervision.
- Gain hands-on experience with various equipment including computers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Develop communication skills through customer interactions with guidance from senior staff.
- Participate in team meetings and learn proper reporting procedures.
- Follow company procedures and policies with supervision.
- Learn documentation practices and assist with paperwork and equipment handling.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed certificate, diploma, or degree in IT or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting concepts.
- Access to reliable transportation (public transportation acceptable initially).
- Personal smartphone for communication purposes.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to improve.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
