Position: Outlet Supervisor

We’re looking for someone energetic, responsible, and ready to take charge of day-to-day outlet operations. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment — this role is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
- Lead and supervise service crew (including scheduling, briefing, and training)
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, and ensure proper storage
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
- Ensure all SOPs and safety standards are followed
- Work closely with the management team to continuously improve outlet performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good communication in Mandarin; proficiency in English is a bonus
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and food experiences
