Digital Marketing Executive (Full time)

Job Description

With various campaigns and initiatives on the horizon, we are looking for a digital marketing executive to perform marketing initiatives across digital platforms to reach the goals of the company and our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop actionable marketing initiatives and activities (including paid ads, SEO, social media etc) after performing extensive industry research
  • Execute and plan SEM campaigns in order to achieve maximum result in paid search campaigns; including competitor research, keyword research and optimization, setting up A/B tests, optimizing copy and landing pages, identifying trends and insights
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Youtube), from curating content (from visual choice, visual creation and writing caption) to target audience engagement
  • Implement SEO strategy to improve websites’ ranking
  • Assume full ownership of assigned campaigns to ensure the delivery of KPIs
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reports for clients to summarise one-month effort and provide plan/suggestion for the following month


  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience in paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Proficient in SEM research tool is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Proficiency in one of the photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop etc) is a must
  • Experience in social media and SEO is a plus but not required
  • Adaptable, critical thinker and problem solver
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
