  • Assist in daily coordination and administration works internally and externally for ESO
  • Make travel arrangements and booking for internal business trips and external visits
  • Assist in Monthly Corporate Credit Card Claims for higher management
  • Monitor invoices and payments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Create SOP documentation for ESO related processes
    Handling office tasks
