Assistant Relationship Manager (Insurance Operation)

REQUIREMENTS:

1.     A Diploma, Degree, or Professional qualification, preferably in financial planning, finance, economic, business management or related disciplines

2.     1-2 years of working experience in a similar field; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3.     Professional insurance qualifications are preferred, along with sound knowledge of insurance principles and practices.

4.     Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

5.     Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings, recommendations, and updates clearly to stakeholders.

6.     Ability to communicate effectively across different levels within the organization.

7.     Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Identify and assess business needs and align operational strategies with the organization’s goals and vision.
2. Support the sales and marketing teams in promoting Hong Kong mass market and High-Net-Worth insurance products and services through innovative and resourceful approaches.
3. Review and recommend enhancements to existing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
Conduct thorough research and data analysis to evaluate operating models and streamline business processes, enhancing service delivery.
4. Address major issues and escalations that could potentially result in losses or regulatory breaches.
5. Collaborate with the business teams to understand business needs, and goals enabling comprehensive operations servicing.
6. Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
7. Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and other key activities as required.
8. Work closely with Relationship Managers and other team members to ensure timely client communication and support.
