- Provide customer on-site installation and after sales technical support
- Interface with customers and address all their technical needs, providing timely and solid technical advice
- Interface with internal design and engineering team to address customer design requirements
- Lead internal “Voice of Customers” cross functional team meetings
- Conduct final buyoff of products and services before customer shipment
- Benchmarking industry’s best practices for semiconductor testing and provide feedback to internal Engineering Council to design & develop solutions for the future
