Job Description

What You’ll Do

  1. Transform Partnership Data into Insights by developing comprehensive dashboards and reports for our distribution platform’s performance metrics, conversion rates, and partnership KPIs
  2. Design and Build Analytics Solutions for complex B2B2C distribution analytics, API usage monitoring, and partner performance tracking
  3. Implement Advanced Reporting including conversion funnel analysis, partner engagement metrics, sales volume tracking, and digital partnership effectiveness measurement
  4. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders in agile environments to understand partnership requirements and deliver actionable business intelligence for distribution strategy
  5. Perform Data Analysis on large datasets from multiple sources including API transactions, partner integrations, white-label deployments, and external distribution channels
  6. Conduct Database Analysis to extract, transform, and load data from MySQL and systems for comprehensive distribution reporting
  7. Create Data Visualization using modern BI tools to present complex distribution metrics, partner performance, and market penetration in clear, actionable formats

Monitor Data Quality and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability across all distribution reporting systems

Requirement

  1. Strong Analytical Skills with experience in data analysis, statistical thinking, and problem-solving methodologies for business intelligence
  2. SQL Proficiency for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis across complex database structures and API transaction logs
  3. Data Visualization Experience using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms for distribution metrics
  4. Excel/Spreadsheet Mastery for advanced data analysis, pivot tables, and statistical functions related to partnership performance
  5. Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and reporting best practices for digital distribution channels
  6. Attention to Detail and analytical mindset for identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in partnership and distribution data
  7. Communication Skills for translating complex distribution insights into clear business recommendations for partnership teams

Basic Statistical Knowledge for descriptive and inferential analysis of distribution performance and partner engagement data

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with Programming Languages (Python, R) for advanced analytics and distribution data manipulation
  2. Understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processes for multi-channel distribution data
  3. Familiarity with API Analytics and understanding of digital partnership metrics and B2B2C distribution models
  4. Experience with Cloud Analytics Platforms (AWS QuickSight, Power BI) for scalable distribution reporting
  5. Experience with Real-time Analytics and streaming data processing for live partnership performance monitoring
